While all ideas are welcome, it is the big ideas that bring about major improvements and breakthroughs and make the real difference to our performance and achievements. Most times, however, big ideas start off looking like bad ideas with lots of flaws or difficulties in them. In this course you will learn why this is so and, more importantly, how to turn those so-called bad ideas into great ones. You will also learn how creativity can be fun. We will deal with how to do this by working with a group who have been working on a topic and have come up with lots of ideas on what to do about it. They have already worked on selecting some ideas they like and we will join the meeting as we and they look at new ways of seeing and using ideas.
