Blocks to Performance and Greatness
While we all know that we and our people are not realising their full potential, we don’t understand why this is so. Nor do we know what to do about it. The problem is that people get blocked from doing real justice to their talents and abilities. Firstly, they unconsciously block themselves but secondly and most importantly they get blocked by others. The ‘others’ are very often their own managers who are very often, quite unconsciously, doing the blocking.
