It shows how The X Meeting underpins and supports everything a manager does and every decision they take throughout the year. It is what gives real meaning and purpose to what people do by enabling them to see their roles and responsibilities in the total context and as being key to the overall success and welfare of their organisation. It is also the meeting where managers begin the process of involving and engaging people and getting their ideas and contribution on how to make their goal a reality
