Initiating Performance Conversations
No matter how clear and certain we are about some unsatisfactory performance situation, we can be far from clear how to actually go about raising the issue and holding the actual conversation. Situations and people will differ enormously and people can be in very different places. It is easy to get this wrong and get off on the wrong foot.
In this course you will be introduced to three different approaches you can use so that you will be able to decide which is the most appropriate one for the particular situation you are dealing with. This will make the conversation easier, clearer and much more effective.
